Mayor Bloomberg is pushing for passage of a law to catch motorists who improperly use a NYC bus lane. The goal is to keep these lanes open for bus travel only. A bus lane camera ticket would be issued via the mail and carry 0 points. Rather, it would be akin to a parking ticket. A second would increase the number of traffic agents who can issue grid-locking tickets.
