A 21-year old motorist from Wallkill, NY was ticketed for speeding 137 mph as well as reckless driving and illegally-tinted windows (i.e., too dark). This is news-worthy but not our firm's record. We successfully defended a motorist charged with going 140 mph on the Lido Parkway in Nassau County and actually got a 200 mph ticket dismissed but that one was actually not 200 mph. I'll leave the explanation for the 200 mph case for another day. Prior results do not guarantee success.
