A man was issued a New York speeding ticket while traveling in North Hills, New York. The motorist wanted to get even with the issuing police officer so he allegedly made an ill-advised prank call. A few weeks after the speeding ticket was issued, the driver called the officer's mother and said that her son was hurt in a car accident. Using phone records to trace the call, the police arrested the 54-year old motorist. He is now in much more trouble than a simple speeding ticket, being charged with a misdemeanor, second-degree aggravated harassment.
