If you are planning to travel to Canada, don't forget your passport. Effective January 31, 2008, Americans and Canadians (19 or older) will have to present proof of citizenship (such as a passport or birth certificate) plus some other ID (like a driver license) in order to cross the border. Plan extra time as you can expect longer border lines.
