A motorist was pulled over for speeding in Salisbury, CT by a State Trooper. The 28-year old driver tried talking his way out of the ticket by blaming his Oreo cookie. Specifically, the driver claimed an Oreo had slipped from his hand as he attempted to dunk it in a cup of milk, and that he lost control of his car while trying to fish it out of the cup! Needless to say, the Trooper still issued him a speeding ticket and it sounds like he needs a good traffic ticket lawyer.
